What does peace mean?
Peace within yourself, peace on earth?
If you are at peace with yourself and everyone would start with that, there is peace on earth!
When you look around you, who is at peace? Actually almost no one. do you know why? Because you weren’t taught it.
And when we find out that something in our lives needs to be changed, we either can’t do it or we don’t dare or a voice says you’re not good enough and I could go on and on.
Peace is choosing happiness. Happiness means feeling good in the now and if you feel good you can handle anything and everything will flow in the direction of happiness.
You can achieve this by reprogramming yourself and no longer taking today’s reality for granted.
The reality you have now is something of being trapped in the same thoughts for an extended period of time in a reality of not being satisfied with whatever that may be.
Maybe you think, that’s easy for you to say, but I’m sick or I have no money or no work or no love.
But anyone can achieve something if they just step out of their current reality.
That’s called adopting a different frequency.
When we are happy and at peace with ourselves, we no longer meet people who are not at peace.
They no longer see you because you are not on their frequency, they then look for another victim.
But are you willing to create a new reality for yourself?
It can also be in the little things, be grateful for what you have, concentrate on the people who are kind to you, concentrate more on your partner and children, laugh more, watch comedies. Talk to your children and partner and share your emotions.
If you are single and you want love in your life, concentrate on the love of your life, write down what your life should look like or what the characteristics of your new love should be. If you have a date, talk about what you want and looking for in a partner. Don’t be afraid of losing the person because you express your feelings or what you want in your life.
If you are not satisfied with your work, concentrate and pray within yourself for strength and what you want things to look like in a positive sense.
If you are ill, go back in your mind to the moments when you felt well. Your cells listen to you but you have to get through your ego blockages to persevere and believe that you can be in peace and health with yourself and that you can be happy.
You are more than worth it!
I would be happy if you would start by thinking about the word happiness, love and peace every day and try to feel it even though your life might be hopeless right now? Let go of false beliefs from the past, find new hobbies and perhaps focus more on the spirituality.
I’m sure if we all do our part and come to peace with ourselves, the world will be a much brighter place.
Don’t let all the negative messages in the world drag you down, don’t let the fear and incitement behaviour of each other get you carried away. Focus on the love that the world and you need!
