Meditation is a mix of the deepest body relaxation and the highest mind concentration. With the right breathing technique and exercises it is possible to distance yourself from your own thoughts and feelings in order to become one with the Divine being. Through meditation, you can learn to focus on and achieve your needs and goals. We can quickly and easily let go of old habits and burdens that we are used to by means of meditation.
How does it work?
Anika Theunisz teaches you how to meditate and after a few sessions it is already possible that you can continue this at home.
1 meditation session lasts 60 min. Meditation session goes by 1 person only. it’s also possible in a group, for example when a seminar is given.
